What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We use this information solely to respond to you, prepare quotes, and deliver the services you request (for example company registration with CIPC, tax matters with SARS, or CSD registration). Where a service requires it, we will ask you separately for supporting documents such as ID copies, and these are used only for that service.

How it's handled

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox via a secure form-processing service operated for us by Sebenza Online. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with third parties only where the service requires it (e.g. CIPC, SARS, National Treasury's CSD), where the law compels us, or as described under "Cookies, analytics and advertising" below. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal record-keeping duties.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel, used for Facebook and Instagram advertising). They collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and actions you take on the site, like tapping our phone number or sending an enquiry. We use this to understand how the site is used, to measure whether our advertising works, and to show our ads to people who are likely to find them useful, including people who have visited this site before.

Google and Meta process this information on their own systems, which may be located outside South Africa, and use it in line with their own privacy policies (Google, Meta). When you send an enquiry, Meta may also receive your email address or phone number in a scrambled (hashed) form so it can match your visit to a Meta account; the message you write is not shared with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, control the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences, manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop the site from working.

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
