Do you charge for business advice and referrals?
No. Business advice and referrals are always free.
How much does it cost to register a company?
A private company (Pty Ltd) is R450, all in. A non-profit company is R750 and a co-operative is R650. See the full price list for everything else.
What do I need to open a company?
A copy of your ID and proof of payment to get started. Each service has its own short checklist on our Documents Required page.
Can you help if I am not in Durban?
Yes. We work online with clients across South Africa, and you are welcome at our Durban office if you would prefer to come in.
Are you registered accountants?
Yes, we are registered accountants, affiliated with Stewart Sims-Handcock Accounting.
Do you offer private consultation?
Yes, we can arrange a private consultation.
Where is your office?
Our office is at 127 Johannes Nkosi (Alice) Street, Durban, 4001.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
